2023
Strengthening International Expertise with Midcentiv
In 2023, Orial strengthened its international expertise with the acquisition of Midcentiv, a firm specializing in supporting Portuguese-speaking companies. The teams from this firm joined our Lyon office, thus consolidating our international division.
2022
ISO 9001:2015 Certification and Merger with Accomplys in Paris
In 2022, Orial obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, thus guaranteeing a high level of quality for all its accounting, tax and social services. In the same year, a new merger took place with Accomplys and Spira Twist firms in Paris, giving birth to the new entity Orial Paris.
2021
Orial Provence and Regional Strengthening
The Valréas office became Orial Provence, an entity now affiliated with Orial, thus consolidating our presence in the South of France.
2017
Merger with Spira Twist et Associés, Opening of a Paris Office
In 2017, Orial merged with Spira Twist et Associés, experts in English-speaking markets. This agreement allowed the opening of an office in Paris (16th arrondissement), bringing the total number of Orial offices to four, while strengthening our expertise in supporting international environments.
2014
Merger with Réagir Conseil
The merger with Réagir Conseil, a firm specializing in “supporting Italian companies, marked a key milestone in strengthening our international division. This merger allowed us to offer services tailored to companies with connections to Italy, a strategic market for Orial, which had already developed a French Desk offering aimed at French subsidiaries of foreign groups (mainly US, European, and Scandinavian countries”).
2012
Merger with Comptabilité et Gestion and CCO
In 2012, Orial merged with the firms Comptabilité et Gestion and CCO. This consolidation led to the opening of a third office, this time in Villefranche-sur-Saône (69), thus strengthening the firm’s presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
2011
Regional expansion with the acquisition of Excoges in Valréas (84)
In an effort to broaden its presence, Orial acquired the portfolio of Excoges in Valréas, marking the opening of a second office south of Lyon. This event was a significant turning point in the firm’s regional expansion.
2006
Merger for the creation of Orial
In 2006, several accounting and auditing firms joined forces to form Orial. Among the merged entities were Core, Soleco, CCR, AGN Orial, G. Perron Associates, and Sphère Expert. This merger aimed to create a multidisciplinary firm with an expanded offering and enhanced expertise to meet the growing needs of businesses across all sectors.

Establishment of CCR, Corec, and Soleco firms in Lyon
The first firm, CCR, was founded in 1965 in the heart of the Croix-Rousse district in Lyon (69). The following year, Corec and Soleco firms were established. This marked the beginning of an ambitious venture aimed at providing quality accounting and advisory services to Lyon-based businesses.
